Free Delivery

• Enjoy FREE delivery within 5 km from OBC Oversea Builders Center – Kawit,
• Cavite with a minimum purchase of ₱10,000 in a single receipt.
• For customers in Metro Manila and CALABARZON, enjoy FREE delivery for a minimum purchase of ₱150,000.

Deliveries Beyond 5 km

• For locations starting from 6 km onwards, a delivery fee of ₱125 per kilometer will apply.

Delivery Service

• Delivery is available only for items purchased at OBC.
• Drop-off is at the ground floor or curbside area.
• Delivery will take approximately 3 to 5 working days after purchase, depending on location and schedule availability.
• Delivery service is applicable only within Metro Manila and CALABARZON.
• Deliveries outside Metro Manila and CALABARZON will be subject to quotation, and our Customer Service Representative will contact you for confirmation.

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store

Customers who purchase online may choose to pick up their items at OBC Kawit, Cavite.

Pick-up schedule will be arranged after purchase confirmation.

Please bring a valid ID and a copy of your purchase receipt when claiming your order.What You Need to Provide for Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive and check the items upon delivery.

Important Reminders

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery is made.
